The Joint Event is an annual networking and learning event that brings together students from three Hebrew University international master programs: Glocal, Agri and IMPH.

The programs are sponsored by the Pears Foundation and share a common mission of international development and knowledge transfer.

This year’s event, held on January 13, 2020,  was hosted by the International School of Agricultural Sciences and focused on the hot topic of cannabis. The students heard a fascinating lecture by Dr. Nirit Bernstein, senior researcher at Volcani institute and world famous expert on cannabis research, and discussed legalization, medicalization and regulation in a group activity. New friends and connections were made and the evening ended with a delicious falafel dinner.
