Faculty-Level Exchange Agreements

Our Faculty-Level Exchange Programs are based on bilateral agreements with counterpart faculties in international partner institutions:
 
Acceptance Criteria
Your home institution will screen its applicants for the student exchange program in accordance with its own regulations as well as the Hebrew University's entry standards. The Hebrew University reserves the right to make the final judgment on the admission of students nominated for the student exchange program.
Undergraduate students are required to demonstrate a minimum GPA of 3.0, while graduate students must demonstrate a minimum GPA of 3.2 (or equivalent). 
 
Application Process
As noted above, in order to apply you must first receive approval from your home institution for a specific program of study at our university.
A confirmation letter from the sending institution should be sent to the Ms. Mahyan Gon: mahyang@savion.huji.ac.il
After being nominated, you are required to submit the following documents  :
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Official Transcripts
  • Photocopy of Passport Identification Page
  • Passport Photo
  • Health insurance coverage during duration of studies
  • Visa covering duration of studies (student visas are valid for up to one year)
Application Deadlines
Fall semester or a full year: May 15
Spring semester: December 31
Late applications are accepted subject to the approval of the Hebrew University.
 
Tuition Fees
Students will be exempt from paying the registration and tuition fees.
 
Academic Courses offered to exchange students
Most of the faculty courses are open to exchange students, pending availability. Incoming exchange students can take courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Participation in some courses requires approval from the department under which the course is taught.
